Loyalty Brand

Program Overview:

Establish a sub-brand for loyalty treatments in order for customers to easily identify when a message or offer was a gift or unrestricted benefit. The objective was to earn customer recognition for customer-focused messages & offers; keeping loyalty separate from promotional offers.

Love, Sprint was designed to celebrate customers in meaningful ways, showing them they are valued.  Love, Sprint was a thank you letter written from the brand to our customers to show our appreciation for their loyalty.

Strategy:

  • Love, Sprint Mobile App – Customers and employees have the opportunity to earn and redeem rewards dollars while shopping and dining at over 100K retail locations nationwide.
  • Love, Sprint Logo – Leverage logo in all communications with offers & messages that are rewarding. Not to be used for promotions.
  • Marketing Communications – Build awareness for loyalty efforts through digital communications. Communicate important milestones (e.g. birthday, tenure anniversary, rewards dollars earned) through digital vehicles including Love, Sprint App.
